Thank you for joining the 2010 Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show. 2010 marks the second year we’ve posted the exhibitor manual and forms on our website. For your ease and convenience we have provided all the information needed below.
Most importantly, ALL mandatory forms must be returned by the deadline dates provided. Information on where and how to return these forms is listed on each page.
With regards to Exhibitor Badges, 6 badges will automatically be created for each exhibitor. The Badge entry form must be entered online, and the information entered will be automatically forwarded to Show Management. Make sure that spelling is correct as this is exactly how the information will appear on the badge.
Please read all outside supplier forms very carefully in the Additional Order Forms section. Each supplier has specific deadlines in place for you to meet and many have early booking specials to take advantage of. Make sure you send these forms directly to the suppliers involved at the fax numbers indicated.
